President - Justin Wilcut

President – Shall preside at all meetings, appoint all committees, and generally perform the duties relevant to the office. The President is determined through a succession of the Vice President to the position.
Vice President - Randy Welch

Vice-President – Shall perform the President’s duties if they cannot act. The Vice President shall be elected for two years—the first year to be served as Vice President and the second to serve as President.
Secretary/Treasurer - Kristen Gill

Secretary/Treasurer – Shall keep all records of the Archery club, serve all notices of meetings, and receive all correspondence. The Secretary is responsible for taking minutes at meetings and posting the minutes on the club’s Facebook page and email to active members. As Treasurer, you are responsible for all IRS, State of Montana & MAAI required reports, maintaining insurance for the archery club, paying monthly bills of the archery club, & balancing bank accounts, and preparing a monthly Treasurer report.
Membership Officer - Brenda Hayden

Membership Officer – Responsible for developing and printing the annual membership application. Delivers and retrieves membership applications from Capital Sports & Buffalo Jump Archery. Collects the money from sales of memberships and gives it to the treasurer for bank deposits. Sets up membership information in the PDK system to allow members access to the range. Submit a membership report @ every monthly meeting.
Tournament Director - Eric Woodland

Tournament Director – Responsible for organizing and running the tournaments with the assistance of other officers/members as needed.
Range Officer - Chad Ripley

Range Officer – Responsible for organizing and running the club’s archery ranges with the assistance of other officers/members as needed.
Youth Archery Director - Tobey Peck

Youth Archery Director – Responsible for organizing, running, and handling youth activities and interactions for the club with the assistance of other officers/members as needed.
Member-At-Large - Bob Fitty

Member at Large (1) – Responsible for attending meetings, 2-year term. The Members at Large will be elected on alternating years for two-year terms.
Member-At-Large - Ken Toone

Member at Large (2) – Responsible for attending meetings, 2-year term. The Members at Large will be elected on alternating years for two-year terms.
